WHAT TO WATCH FOR
dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, fatigue, mild dissociation or a “floating” sensation, nausea, increased heart rate or blood pressure, headache, dry mouth, emotional sensitivity or mood changes, nasal irritation, congestion, and temporary impaired coordination or concentration.
Pause use and contact your provider if you experience worsening anxiety or panic attacks, persistent nausea or vomiting, trouble sleeping, significant mood changes, persistent dizziness, elevated blood pressure, palpitations, increasing tolerance or desire to use more frequently, or nasal irritation that does not improve.
WHEN TO GET HELP
Stop use immediately and seek medical attention if experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, severe panic, paranoia, hallucinations, fainting, loss of consciousness, severe confusion, suicidal thoughts, severe headache with vision changes, seizure activity, allergic reactions such as swelling or difficulty breathing, or persistent rapid heart rate or dangerously elevated blood pressure.

Patients should discuss any history of high blood pressure, heart disease, arrhythmias, stroke, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, substance abuse, liver disease, neurological disorders, migraines, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or the use of psychiatric medications, sedatives, opioids, or alcohol before starting treatment.
